Public. For boats kayaking and just to sit in. Enter at own risk. Life jackets are a must. Always use caution around water.

Boat ramp is small but clean. Just a minor warning though. The boat ramp is very steep. I'm disabled so the more than 8% grade was way to much for me to even consider. For an able bodied person it's doable. Parking under bridge is very clean. If you want to hit the Ocmolgee river this is a no cost option. But there is no dock. Not a problem for experienced boaters. That's the only reason for the low rating. It's not accessible for me.

Atmosphere is in The Company You Keep no matter where you are. However it's a boat ramp it's kind of hard not to be adequate if it is all kept up and this one is well kept

I love this place so much a friend of mine showed it to me and it was so fun there is a tree u can jump off and shallow water too so you can walk around. There are rarely any boats fun to meet new people. But i fell of the tree and scared my legs.
